Senior Director, US Operations (Series 24 license required!)

21X is pioneering the future of institutional finance as the world’s first licensed operational on-chain trading and settlement venue. Since launching under EU regulatory supervision in September 2025, we have redefined how institutional participants engage with tokenised securities, enabling atomic settlement on distributed ledger infrastructure.

Now, we are expanding into the US market with 21X LLC, a new entity to be established in New York and registered with FINRA and the SEC.

This is your opportunity to lead the charge in building a next-generation broker-dealer and ATS operation from the ground up.

As the named principal of 21X LLC, you will be the face of 21X in the US, responsible for:

Core Responsibilities

• Regulatory Leadership: Serve as the named registered principal on Form BD, ensuring impeccable compliance with all FINRA and SEC obligations.
• Strategic Build-Out: Establish and scale the New York office, from initial setup (lease, infrastructure, processes) to long-term operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for FINRA, the SEC and key institutional partners, embodying 21X’s commitment to transparency, integrity and innovation.
• Compliance Oversight: Supervise outsourced Compliance and Financial Operations functions, ensuring seamless adherence to financial and regulatory reporting standards.
• Commercial Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to drive client engagements, market expansion, and revenue growth in the US.

• Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license, active and in good standing. (This is non-negotiable!)
• 10+ years of leadership experience at a US-registered broker-dealer, ATS operator, or financial market infrastructure firm.
• Expertise in digital asset securities, tokenized instruments and blockchain-based settlement solutions.
• Proven track record of operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York.
