Salary: € 65.000 gross per year with willingness to overpay
Up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria)

Tasks

Expert support for our customers and interested parties across all communication channels
First point of contact for all customer concerns
Contributing to the improvement of processes and working on projects
Collaborate with the product team, leveraging customer feedback to improve the platform and services

Your profile

3+ years experience in customer service or customer management, preferably in the financial sector or in the area of digital platforms
Good communication skills and a problem-solving approach to work
Fluent written and spoken German and English
